A Unique Integrated Health and Wellness Approach
At Whyte Ridge, Physical Therapy and Sports Injury Clinic Lia, who graduated in Toronto became frustrated with the limits of every other clinic’s standard approach to physiotherapy and wanted to be able to offer complementary therapies that would be more well-rounded and provide ultimately better care. The result was to provide a more holistic approach to treatment at our clinic.
This model puts patients at the centre working with one of our skilled therapists to deliver an optimal recovery and care experience.

- Subsequent visits are booked for 30 minutes, with the pre-treatment exercise, you will likely be in the clinic for 60 minutes.
